I’ve been a practicing attorney in the Rio Grande Valley for over 15 years.  I have practiced extensively all over South Texas, including but not limited to, Hidalgo, Starr, Cameron and Willacy Counties.  I have defended claims in State and Federal courts, at both the trial and administrative levels. I am dedicated to providing sophisticated, creative, and practical advice to clients who expect nothing, but the best legal work possible.

I have also practiced criminal laws at the highest levels from Capital Murder to DWI. My goal is to achieve the best possible results in all criminal matters handled.  I will fight to protect your rights from wrongful incarceration to governmental oppression.
